Through an alliance with the Carlos Albizu University, Fields of Joy is committed to the development of academic initiatives and research projects that serve to promoted their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Fields of Joy and the Carlos Albizu University, united in the promotion of mental health
At the Fields of Joy Foundation, we firmly believe that collaboration is the key to making a meaningful difference in the lives of Puerto Rican children and youth. By creating partnerships, we multiply our impact and extend our reach, creating a strong network dedicated to improving the mental health and emotional well-being of our future generations. It is with this vision that we have forged a strategic alliance with the Carlos Albizu University, an institution with a rich history of commitment to education and mental health in Puerto Rico. The Carlos Albizu University, founded in 1966, has been a pioneer in the training of professionals in clinical psychology and other disciplines related to mental health. Through this collaboration, both the university’s students and faculty will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with Fields of Joy on research projects that address the most common mental health disorders faced by our children and youth population.
