El Party de Carlos is an annual event led by businessman, "Angel Investor" and international speaker, Carlos Cobián. In his role as a DJ, Carlos brings hundreds of people together for a magical night of celebration for life. A percentage of the funds raised at the event are assigned towards sustaining and executing Fields of Joy initiatives and projects.

With the purpose of promoting and protecting the mental health of Puerto Rican children and youth, in October 2023, Fields of Joy held the First Youth Mental Health Summit in Puerto Rico. It was a day dedicated to educating, raising awareness, and offering tangible solutions and practical tools to address the mental health challenges that our children and youth face on a daily basis.

On April 21, 2022, Fields of Joy held a fundraising event that had the collaboration and participation of Dr. Coello, a recognized leader in public health, who addressed those present to provide a current overview of the state of mental health of children and youth.

In collaboration with the Carlos Albizu University, Fields of Joy developed the "Vuelve a la Escuela Feliz” program with the aim of providing children between the ages of 8 and 12, their parents and caregivers, with the necessary skills to manage the emotions, anxiety and stress caused by the pandemic and the return to school.
